It&#8217;s about dispelling the simplistic, &#8220;US bad\/Canada good&#8221; myth, exposing systemic discrimination and anti-Black racism in Canada &#8211; and showing how Black folks are organizing against them &#8211; and making Canada greater in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I will use these pages to back up sister El&#8217;s words by blogging about my experience as a Black employee of Canada&#8217;s federal public service and co-founder of the <a href=\"https:\/\/fbec-cefn.ca\/\">Federal Black Employee Caucus<\/a>.
